Yes Allison I agree - solid posture on navasana - even though one I dont know how to pronounce that word and two I didnt even know that the position was called that! I just know it hurts my abs like heck when I do it :)
However - LOVE the picture! We need to get in the summer edition -hint hint hehe. :)
